Shipping policy

Openbutterfly.jewelry takes 24 to 48 hours to ship all items. We will notify you in writing via email when items have shipped. 

Delays

In the event your order has been delayed we will notify you in writing via email. We will provide all known information and work to get you your order as soon as possible. However we cannot compensate for weather or other shipping delays outside of our control. All orders once shipped will have tracking information that you will receive via email.
